Having oils is easy, but you gotta....

use them! Having a tool that sits there and doesn't get used, is no use to you at all! So, here's three easy steps to put those oils to use!
#1 Open them. You would be surprised to know how many people will order hundreds of dollars of oils and NEVER OPEN THEM or only open one or two of the oils. The reason behind this is because they don't really know how to use them. Open your oils. Smell them.
#2 Place them where they'll be used. Out of sight. Out of mind. This is so true for oils. If we have them where we need them, we'll be more likely to use them. Lemon by your water bottle. On Guard next to your diffuser. Lavender at your bedside. This helps us to remember and start to incorporate them into our lives.
#3 Make it easy. Rollerballs, dilution oil, spray bottles. Have the tools we use to implement oils into your daily lives. For easier cleaning, we need glass spray bottles. I like to fill mine with 30 drops of Grapefruit and Lemon Oil and fill the rest with water. If I have that ready on-hand, I will clean with that optimal choice. If I have a rollerball for head tension or seasonal threats, it makes it easy to conquer when I need it!
